Psychologist & Coach
„The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”– Marcel Proust

About me
I am a psychologist and a coach. As a psychologist, I provide therapeutic support to adults facing life crises, experiencing stress, anxiety, depressive episodes, or challenges in their relationships. As a coach, I support clients in gaining a better understanding of themselves and bring personal or professional changes that lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life.I live abroad, which has allowed me to personally experience and understand both the rewards and challenges of adapting to new cultures. This perspective enriches my work, especially with clients navigating transitions or living away from their home countries.Beyond my therapeutic work, I have a background in business and technology. For the past 12 years, I have worked with groups and leaders, creating strategies, designing user experiences (UX), and implementing creative solutions. I lead workshops and facilitate meetings, helping teams collaborate effectively and achieve goals.
My approach
In supporting others, the most important thing for me is creating a safe space where emotions can be safely expressed, reflections shared, and solutions explored together.
Therapeutically I practice from an integrative approach - to best meet the individual needs. My work is grounded on Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches.
In the coaching process I use a variety of tools that help in connecting to your values, uncovering your growth needs, envisioning the future and creating achievable goals. While the tools support the process, I believe the true foundation of coaching lies in deep connection and present, mindful attention.
I also bring breathwork and somatic elements to my practice. I deeply believe that the mind and body are inseparably connected, and the harmony between them is key to inner peace.
I offer sessions in Polish, English, and Spanish.
